Ovulation?
I have no idea how to read this. I got off my birth control pills October 6 and had my period October 10-12. I can't tell if I have ovulated. I have milky cm and my nipples are super sensitive. I've also had cramps on the right side of my stomach and below (like period cramps). I have also been nauseous.
