Lipase in breastmilk help
I think my milk might have high lipase, I took one of my bags out of the freezer and it smelled soapy, taste was a little off but not by much.
My baby refused a bottle one day and I took another out to test and she drank the whole thing.
So I’m not sure if the freezer milk is ok or not 🤔 not just some of them are worse than others.
Anyways, I read you need to scald the milk before freezing. What’s the best way to do this??
