Ovulation/period after birth?

I'm currently 9 months into exclusively pumping. On the 15th of October I had cold/flu symptoms, was hot/cold, started having some pelvic & bad cramps. The pelvic pain & cramps continued until yesterday night (26th). I had a little amount of pink spotting on toilet paper after bm. I didnt think anything of it but I started taking ovulation tests on the 25th & this is what it looked like:

All the tests I've taken after this have been fainter. Do you think I ovulated? If so which day? Thank you in advance 🙂
