What was it like leaving your ex?

Here is a list of things I’ve put up with in the 4 years I’ve been with my husband. I read this everyday to encourage myself to move forward with leaving. I have to wait until the end of Nov because that’s when my semester will be over. This isn’t gonna be easy, I’m moving from WA, down south. I should’ve left earlier, but mentally and financially I wasn’t ready. My final straw, was him telling me he was going to slap the shit out of me. This was two days ago. He hasn’t apologized or acknowledged that, that was wrong. Which I honestly don’t care. I want him to keep that same energy, it’s fueling me. I get excited when I think about my life away from him.
