Idk what to do

So I had the flu on the first week of school. I really thought it was a cold at first but then went and got tested and got so much talk about because I missed sm on the first week. Now I have a “cold” or something idk what it is. I went to the dr four days ago and got shots. I didn’t have fever or anything but now I’m having a horrible fever. I don’t wanna miss school but idk if I should go back to the dr or go to school because I’m in a bunch of clubs and one teacher came and said if I missed any more I’d be on probation but it is not my fault I had the flu and am sick rn. Every single day has had doctors excuses.
