Sneeze cramps?

Super weird question! Every time I sneeze I get MEGA cramps that are sudden and painful right around my ovaries. I am 14 weeks 5 days, this is pretty recent only started happening in the last week. Any one else have this? Is it normal?

I’m 16 weeks and they are most likely round ligament pains. when your uterus starts to grow it stretches your ligaments which sneezing is where I experience the pain the most. It can happen if you get up fast or have sudden movements or even hiccups and sneezes. Doing any sort of stretching in the morning can help a little bit but there’s not much you can do.

This has been happening since 6 weeks I am 11 weeks now. I don't think it's a big deal it's just uncomfortable.
