Brexit- how is Britain being perceived by the rest of the world?

So yet another extension was granted today by the EU. They were adamant this time we would be leaving by October 31st but nope we’re still here.
Does the rest of the world think we look weak? Are they laughing at us?

I live in Austria. Not gonna lie, I'm less and less interested in how UK is going to solve this, it is pretty ridiculous by now. And it doesn't help the image of UK to have a guy like Boris as PM. Though no worries, with Trump in the U.S. it's hard for any other country to top the embarrassment charts!

I'm very interested in the politics of it all, I don't think anyone is laughing. I think they're confused and curious how it's going to end. Italy are waiting to follow in our footsteps, there are other countries waiting on baited breath (noticed how French right wing has increased in popularity).
