Prenatals and folic acid
Just found out I’m pregnant, how much folic acid should I start taking and which prenatals are recommended ? My first prenatal visit is in 2 weeks but I want to start taking enough until my doctor prescribes me anything. Thank you!!!! Help a momma out :)
