Nearing ovulation?

Hi everybody! I am very new to this and any help would be appreciated!

I've read the instructions for the early ovulation test, but I am unsure what it means if I have a faint line next to my control line. Does that mean that I'm in my fertile window and I'll be ovulating soon? Or that I'm not near ovulation? I sort of figured it I was outside my fertile window and nowhere near ovulation there wouldn't be a second line at all. Generally I'm just wondering if I have a chance of getting pregnant right now. Any help is appreciated!
