HELP! 🥦🥑🍅🥝🍍
So my daughter is 6 1/2 months and I’m starting with puréed foods (making it myself). I’ve read that it’s best to start with vegetables and then fruit last. She HATES vegetables lol she gags when I feed her and I refuse to force feed her. Any tips on how to make the vegetables a bit more tolerable?? I’ve heard mixing fruits and veggies help?
