Progesterone cream.

Ladies I ordered some progesterone cream on Sunday and got it today. I put a little on my wrist when I got it but this will be my first time using it so I have questions for anyone who does use it. How often should I put it on? How much should I use? (The jar says 1/4 tsp but i feel like that is a bit much. I just barely got a little on my finger and it seemed like alot when I tried to rub it in). Do you feel any different physically when using it, I ask this because I have hot flashes and night sweats when it is my time of the month so I wonder if it helps with that? I thought I was going through pre-menopause but my dr did lab work and said I was not in pre-menopause and my hormones were that of a 20 year old (I am 43 lol). That was good to hear because I want a baby so bad.
