Confused....

So according to glow I’m 10 days late...I took an opk this am just because lol and got this! And a frer yesterday morning! I’ve had nothing but faint lines on pregnancy tests for the last week on and off sometimes there neg and then other times faint positives any ideas?! I have an appointment with my obgyn on nov 13th to try and see what’s going on...has anyone else experienced this?! With my daughter I found out I was pregnant 4 days before my period was due and with my son 11 years ago after I missed my period because I wasn’t tracking..
