Mild symptoms ?

I’m 6w3days finally saw baby’s heartbeat yesterday and doc said everything looks good. I’m super moody, tired (but wondering if I’m just leaning on that excuse to be lazy), Cramps here and there since week 5, and have been getting little shooting pains in my nipples(mostly the left). I’m just feeling like I’m “lucky” and not getting the pain like everyone else is ? I know everything is good to go.... but I can’t help but worry here and there that my symptoms are weak.
