Uh feet are bigger and I'm shorter after pregnancy

Okay..I know it sounds weird but over the last week I realized my feet are bigger and I'm an inch shorter after having my daughter in August.

I have size 8 sandals that I wore every warm day before being pregnant and had to stop because they were always swollen. Before they fit perfect with a little wiggle room and I went to put them on over the weekend and my foot is hanging off the back! Wtf...so I tried my sisters size 9 shoes and it fits the way the 8 used..like what..

Then I had a WIC appt and I've been measured so many times since about age 16 (I'm 25 now) and I've always been 5'6" and the lady informed me I'm barely 5'5"...

Is this a thing?
