throwing up in her sleep

my daughter has never projectile thrown up in her sleep, she’s only spit up not even a handful due to her acid reflux. she had her shots yesterday and her temperature was 102 last night, so we took her to the hospital to find out she was congested in her right lung, they did x-rays and everything came back negative. then just a few minutes ago, she projectile threw up all over herself, the bed, and myself. i hate seeing her like this. it’s all probably just the shots, but i hope my baby gets better soon. 😩
