C-section help

I found out my baby is breech and I’ve been trying everything to try to flip her but she’s just not having it I’m worried I’m gonna have to get a c-section and I know absolutely nothing about it. Can anyone give me some information about after care for c-sections? How long are you in the hospital. Is it hard to take care of your baby after? Is there any benefits to getting a c-section vs a vaginal birth. Any information will help I’m terrified. thanks !
