Custody battle / restraining order court date approaching .

Hello Ladies ,

Soooo , me and my childs

Father can’t seem to work anything out under no circumstances I’ve tried everything I could to make parenting easy for the both of us. (Yes sad this is happening and it’s only been 4 going on 5 months)

Unfortunately we will be going to court soon to fight for custody .

i don’t breastfeed anymore & I did start back smoking marijuana .

Smoking weed is literally the ONLY thing

He can use against me vs the amount of dirt I have on him where he threatens our safety.

I would like to know :

Can I lose the custody battle for smoking weed ?

& also

Can I file a restraining order BEFORE the custody battle is over ??
