Finally Some Answers! ....hopefully (more hospital updates)

My google-doctor husband, doctor’s sis in law, and the specialist in the city figured out what was wrong before her doctor did. Ugh.

It’s called staph. Scalding skin.

I have no info yet on cause. She needs an IV and antibiotics ASAP.

Please, please, please keep praying.

And thank you again for all the support. Not having friends or family around... you guys have helped me get through so much. Your support means a lot.

UPDATE:

It’s been hours since diagnosis and they’ve been trying to find a vein for IV this whole time. They’ve resorted to giving her a scalp IV. The same guy that tried 7 times to give me an epidural is going to be doing this. They’re doing an ultrasound now.

I found out it was caused by someone who carries the staph virus rubbing their runny nose and then touching my baby girl. I don’t know if it was me. I don’t know if it was someone else.

We’re being flown to the city. They can’t get an IV in
