Hair loss with anxiety and birth control

So I’ve been on birth control for about 4 months now

I also have very bad anxiety

I started to notice I was pulling out a lot of hairs on when I would shower and brush my hair. So I started to put it in pony tails to calm my anxieties over it. I still think I am losing a ton and I thought I may be my birth control (LoLoestrin) or my anxiety.

This is after one brush after having it in a pony tail all day
