Twins (Fraternal)

Okay, so I’m 8 weeks and two days. Yesterday I had my first actual OBGYN appointment. My blood pressure was high, it’s been fine up until then, but prior to that fluctuated as well. They did a transvaginal ultra sound baby A heart beat was good and so was baby B. My obgyn recommended I see a high risk doctor along with seeing her so she made a referral. She sent me home with a 24 hour urine tank, and a prescription forZafron. Also, had me pick up baby aspirin 81 mill(which i took 1 yesterday and 1 today) it’s used a blood thinner from what i know, and also had me buy a blood pressure 1 cuff machine. Today i went to lunch and had to pee, when I wiped I saw very light bleeding. I also have very light cramps but I believe it’s gas for obvious reasons. The light bleeding is concerning to me but it’s not as heavy as a month ago when I passed a blood clot and thought i was having a miscarriage, when come to find out is was subchronic hemorrhage. They said the bleeding from the subchronic hemorrhage has disappeared since then... and yesterday everything was a great turnout, so where is this light bleeding coming from 🤷🏽‍♀️😕.
