Baby acne?

Or a rash?? He had flaky skin on his face and after tubby time on Monday I put a little baby oil on it. Could that be the culprit? There were only a few spots yesterday, it's like he's breaking out. 😥

Definitely looks like baby acne, they mostly recommend not putting anything on it & it will go away on its own, some moms put breastmilk on it to help speed things up, my daughter had a really bad breakout plus a raging case of cradle cap, she actually got a skin infection that had to be treated w/ a topical antibiotic but most babies don’t have that issue
