Swallowed a nipple shield...

Woke up and realised I’d somehow managed to swallow a nipple shield.

Spent a couple of minutes in bed panicking then came into the bathroom and forced myself to be sick to try and get it out. I was just shining the light from my torch down my throat to see if I could see it when I asked myself why/how I’d managed to swallow one in the first place.

Luckily it was just a dream and I don’t need the emergency room, just wish I’d realised this prior to sticking my fingers down my throat 🥴🤢
