Extremely painful ovulation

Does anyone else have very bad ovulation pain?

I used to always get this crampy awful pain every so often that would last the better part of a day and make it painful to walk/sit/move. It’s achy and crampy and worse than af cramps.

I didn’t realize this was ovulation pain until I started tracking my cycles and each time after these episodes of pain, my temp jumps and confirms ovulation.

We are ttc and the last thing I want to do is bd with this pain but I will.. for science 😆
