Ovulation again or something else?

I thought I was 7 dpo after getting a positive test on Wednesday. Glow said it was positive, my OB said it was though premom only said it was close. But I went off of what glow and my ob said. Didn't really think about symptoms or anything, though today my stomach felt nauseous all day and I had mild cramps.

Then, I took a opk tonight and this happened. Could it detect hcg this early? Or am I ovulating again? I guess either way happy, as if not pregnant, this is finally our chance after getting off BC.
