How quickly did you conceive after a miscarriage?

Hi ladies!

It was confirmed on 9/23 that there was no longer a heartbeat and I was in the process of miscarrying. I had a d&c 9/27. I haven’t gotten a period but confirmed ovulation and I’m 1dpo. I have one child who I easily got pregnant with my first try. My MC came as a surprise but I literally had sex the day of my peak without realizing and got pregnant off of one time without a condom. So it seems that conceiving has been pretty easy to me. So my question is: if you’ve never had any problems getting pregnant and have been able to conceive quickly, how long did it take you to get pregnant again after a miscarriage?
