“Cool mom”

I’m so done and need to vent. I’m constantly being compared by my in laws to their niece. She lets people pass around her baby no matter what, even if the baby is hungry, fussy, screaming, if the person who wants to hold her is coughing and super sick, etc. She just doesn’t care. However, if you so much as sniffle in my baby’s direction I get a chill of fear. Yet they act like I’m the boring mom because I make people wash their hands, you can’t hold the baby if you’re sick, if the baby is screaming because he wants me I’m taking him back, etc. I’m just sick of being seen as the silly, annoying, stick in the mud mom everytime we’re together just because I’m more cautious for my child. 🙄🤯😤 I’m seriously going to blow a fuse if one more comment is made
