C Section Scar help?? TMI

So i had a C Section about a week ago. My steri-strips started falling off and then would stick back down pretty soon after going home. I was sent home a day earlier than normal because I’d been at the hospital so long so my staples came out a day early and then they put the strips on. I noticed today when I looked at the incision that it’s kind of folded over on itself so there’s a flap of skin. It looks like I have lips on my belly and then my hair is growing inside that flap. Will it flatten out or is that what my scar is going to look like?? I saw my doctor yesterday and he looked at it but didn’t lift the steri strips at all. The ends of the incision are nice and flat so I was a little surprised to see the lips in the middle
