Is it wrong to ask a person who refuses to put a seatbelt on to get out of the vehicle?

I’d tell them either put on a seatbelt or get the fuck out my car. 
I’ve told my brothers the same when I took them to practice that they either put on seatbelts or they can walk.

No it's not wrong. Not only is that a safety concern but it's also illegal and you could get a ticket.

I accidentally hit yes I meant to hit no. It's not wrong. The law is people need to be seatbelted in and if you got pulled over with someone not seatbelted you could get a ticket. Not to mention what would happen if you, God forbid, got into a car accident. Everyone in my vehicle buckles. No exceptions 🤷🏻‍♀️

I put yes but I meant no. It’s annoying to me when people are so stupid as to not put a seatbelt on. A minor accident can lead to persons death because there stupidity. You don’t want that on your conscious or to worry about that, so asking them to leave is fine

I think it's absolutely acceptable to say if you don't wear the seatbelt  you can't ride in the car. I read wrong and voted the wrong answer

100% in your right of way, not only is it against the law for them to not be wearing a seatbelt but it's your car! Them not doing so when you've asked is begging to get kicked out lol
