I’m almost 38 weeks I’ve tried sex & pineapples and so far nothing except my baby dropped a few days ago.

You cant safely induce labor yourself. All those "tricks" can do is speed up labor that already started.

I did Orangetheory until 39.5 weeks when I delivered and it did not induce my pregnancy. And I was walking up inclines of 10, rowing, and lifting weights. On a Monday I was 0% dilated and I started going into labor the next day. 5cm dilated by Wednesday AM.

My OB told me to walk when I was already 4cm dilated and nothing was happening for weeks. I walked half a mile and had contractions all night and had my baby the next morning! But I was already dilated a fair amount, so it just moved baby down more and got things going again.

If you have a breast pump, try pumping. It helps create contractions.
