Self harm scars & labour PLEASE HELP!!!

I have three scars on my arm, a few cms under my wrist (not on the side where my veins are) two are pretty deep and the other one isn’t so bad. This is from a few years ago from a super low point in my life which I regret as I have to hide it all the time and sometimes have to explain myself to which I end up lying because I am embarrassed.

I will be going into labour soon and I’m aware of the hospital gown being short sleeved (I avoid short sleeve clothing because if the scars). Will they say something about it? I’m super worried. I am a completely different space than I was years ago but I’m still embarrassed and worried about the consequences if they suspect it was self harm. Luckily it’s on the other side so not a common place and it kind of looks like a tiger scratch but I’m very worried.

Please if you have any experience with this or know if/what they will say please let me know.
