Severe groin pain?

I’m 31w3d 
I’m having severe groin pain, can’t stand on one leg, shift weight and spreading my legs at all even to get out the car hurts so bad. 
It feels like I’ve ridden a horse bare back then did a triathlon in a thong. 
anyone else have this issue? 
I may have to get off work sooner than I’d like because of the pain(preschool teacher)

Definitely sounds like Pelvic Girdle Pain.... I have it as well, it started around 29 weeks for me. 
Saw my Midwife and she said they can refer you for physio, but normally by the time you get an appointment you’ve given birth!
She told me to just take pain killers and get dressed sitting down.

ME TOO especially rolling over in bed... forgetttt about it. Here are a couple workouts my PT gave me to do at home! Also, kegels, kegels, kegels!

SPD! Get a support band (I’m using the 2 in 1 hip band from Belly Bandit), take Tylenol, and see if you can find a chiropractor who specializes in prenatal adjustments in your area. 
It’s a pain (literally), but I’m seeing some improvements since starting all of those things.

I had some very painful right lower back/hip pain around 25 weeks and went to a physical therapist. He gave me a few very simple exercises that I did twice a day for a few weeks and it 100% fixed the pain. I started getting it on the left side a few weeks later, did the exercises again and it was fixed. All this to say - you don’t have to be in pain! Go to a physical therapist and they can help! I’ve talked to so many people who think pain is an excitable part of pregnancy but it doesn’t have to be.

Pelvic pressure is normal at this stage but it shouldn’t be severe pain that immobilizes you. Sounds like you should call your OB

I have the same thing . I’m 28 weeks and i couldn’t walk. I can’t close my legs or turn in my bed . It hurts bad . I told me OB and he never recorded it so my insurance won’t cover the belt

This is happening to me since 30 weeks. Today it feels better but yesterday I could barely stand!

I just started feeling this the past few days too and thought maybe my husband was a little too rough during sex recently 🤷🏼‍♀️ but it’s been there the past few days. Just looked it up and I think it’s pelvic girdle pain for sure. Good thing I have an appt tomorrow so I can see what I can do to help it! I’m just 28 weeks so 12 more weeks of this is going to be painful! Good luck to you!
