Project Weight Gain week 2

Today marks the end of week two of my weight gain project. For people who haven’t been following, I am 15, I’m 5”6 and I weighed 100 pounds when I began this. My weight is at an usafely low number. I do not have an eating disorder. Back in January I weighed about 125 pounds. I began a medication that caused me to lose almost 30 pounds. I’ve been trying to gain weight by doing muscle building exercises and eating lots of protein and carbs. This week I weigh 101 pounds. So not much of a difference yet, but that is okay.
