I feel like something is wrong :(

I am 12 days late for my period. I have had 2 faint positives ( the first 2 i took) then lots of negatives since then. including a blood test last week. And a drs urinary test. I have nausea, bumpy nipples, mood swings like crazy, majorly increased appetite, lots more. However i am having some serious cramping on one side. Light cramps on the other side but mostly on the right its bad.

Ive booked a drs appointment again but it’s not for another week. I’m scared its ectopic or something. I have been pregnant before & I feel pretty similar. Any help or comments would be appreciated. I’m scared. Think we are going to ER tonight. :(
