Night shift and SAHM

I’m contemplating going back to work as i kinda need the money. My husband only makes 65k a year. It’s enough to pay the bills but I don’t have access to his money. If I want something, I have to ask for it like a child. Anyway I’m a stay at home mom rn and the only shift that would work is overnight. 8pm to 4:30am. Does anyone have experience working by night and watching your kids during the day? It seems like a lot of work but I need to be financially independent. I have three kids. Two are in school. The other one is only 5 months old.
