Bleeding (not period) I'm still concerned

My boyfriend and I dont normally do this. We are waiting til marriage. We slipped up again... I'm currently on cipro for a uti (caused by stress) and tomorrow is my last dose. It was a moment of weakness. He was fingering me and he was doing it pretty hard, we havent done that in over a year. I didn't finish but that's not the issue.

When I turned on the lights there was blood... everywhere. I went and peed immediately, and when I wiped and rewiped it was Bloody. When i sat on the toilet some blood fell out and then when I peed it stung. I put a liner on and there is some blood on there just a little. Its definitely not period blood its blood like if I were to fall and bleed. This Is some of it.

Why? Is it just because he did it hard? Could he have cut me?

How do I treat it?

Has this happened to anyone else?

Could the medicine be a factor of it? I peed immediately after because I dont want another uti.

How do I restore my Ph because I'm sure it's off now?

Update: this came out of me this morning. As well as when I wipe theres some light bleeding. But it's not my period. Do I need to see a freaking doctor? How long does this last???
