Three year old developing a tic?

Hi! My three year old little girl just recently (about 3 days ago) started blinking her eyes, it’s not just normal blinking, it’s like a tic. At times it’s very minimal and others it’s constant and very noticeable. I’m worried. I’ve been reading up about it and the info is so varied! Apparently it could be stress, allergies, lack of sleep, or a few other reasons. Thing is most of the I do I found is on older kids and she’s only three so I’m not sure what to make of it. Anybody else’s toddler experience the same thing? How did you deal with it? How long did it last? Should I take her to see the pediatrician or give it some time?
