Late Period, not pregnant

Hey! So I was wondering if there was anyone on here who has Cushings disease/syndrome like I do and has suffered irregular/skipped periods due to it. Before my Cushing I was the definition of regular, I ALWAYS got my period exactly when it was due and it always had the same flow/lasted the same amount of time. Since having Cushings for the past two years though (haven’t gotten around to treating it due to insurance issues) my periods have been all over the place.

Currently my period is 19 days late. I confirmed I am not pregnant with several different pregnancy tests so it leads me to believe I am late once again because of my hormones. The longest I had been late previously to this was 9 days so you can see why this bothers me so much. I’m in the process of fixing my insurance issues but until then it’s gonna be awhile before I can get checked out.

Is there anyone on here who’s dealt with these kind of problems due to Cushings and can you give me any advice? I know the infertility can be a problem from untreated Cushings and I’m so scared that is what’s happening to me.
