Watery CM at 12 dpo

Today I woke up with a lot of watery cervical mucus. Went to the bathroom to check to see if I had started my period because I could feel that wet feeling.

It even made my pants a little wet.

There’s no signs of blood just really watery.

I took a test this morning at it was negative. I can’t remember me being this watery before AF arrived last cycle.

Anyone know if this could mean early pregnancy or AF is arriving??
