Urinary tract dialation

So we just got a call from our daughters pediatrician about the ultrasound we had on Friday. Her left kidney is the one that is in the wrong spot but I guess they found that she has right side urinary tract dialation. They couldn't tell me anymore than that but now we have to go to the children's hospital about two hours away to see a kidney specialist next Wednesday. I am so nervous and sad for our little girl, has anyone had this or heard of anyone having it?
