Congrats emails after miscarriage

Why do I keep getting congratulation emails about pregnancy after I’ve already logged on both my glow and nurture app that I’ve suffered a miscarriage. It’s very careless I’ve already unsubscribed from nurtures daily emails of the baby’s growth and clearly now I have to unsubscribe glow too
