Help I need advice

So I know google exists. However, sometimes it’s nice to get input from real people. I was in my ‘fertile window’ from last thursday thru today which is monday. We aren’t actively trying for a baby but we also aren’t not trying if that makes sense. We had relations on Friday and yesterday and both times I was pleasured with his fingers that had fresh sperm on them from right after he finished. Is there any possibility that it could lead to pregnancy? I don’t know what to think.
