Confused could it mean miscarriage ?

Has anyone ever experienced this...

Went to get a second ultrasound done Bkuz the first one they couldn’t see anything two days later(today) did a second ultrasound and she saw two pockets of fluid but no sac she said I may still be early..or I could be experiencing a miscarriage..They took bloodwork today and will take more on Thursday to see if my levels are dropping..

Has this ever happened to anyone..I honestly never experienced this with my first two pregnancies.
