Anyone have Sciatica?

I'm 10 weeks and most of my symptoms have  gone away but I have Sciatica and I am in so much pain! 😭 I left work early because I cannot sit in my desk chair, i just cannot get comfortable and I have a long ways to go... I take tylenol and I start physical therapy Wednesday but does anyone else know of any relief?

I saw a chiropractor once a week and got prenatal massages right after.

Yesss! I have sciatica to. My doctor told me to do squats. It does help for a little then it tightens up again. I looked on YouTube to see different stretches. I’d look on their. Mine is getting bad. I’ll have electric shocks on my left hip, it will literally move my leg and it’s so painful. I’m sorry your going threw this to. I feel your pain girl.

I have the same issue. I have been using a foam roller or a tennis ball on my lower back while laying down and it has helped a lot.

I had it for about two to three weeks I just did stretches and took warm baths it helped

There’s a pillow with the tailbone part cut out I thought of getting one of those.
