Change in diet???

Joanaé • Mom to Baby Barz

I don’t know who this might help

If you’re breastfeeding and your little one is up all night try changing your diet a little. Items high in sugar and/or caffeine should only be eaten in the morning (or not at all).

If you’re using bottles at night that you’ve previously pumped, don’t give your little one the milk you have pumped in the morning.

I found it helpful to only give my baby milk I have pumped at night, during his night time feeding. I have given up on swaddling and and white noise. It doesn’t work for us.

Don’t give up ladies. Some days/nights are just worth a few years. Don’t consume yourself in everything you read, cause your little one is a special individual. You can read several articles and only find 1 or 2 things that are helpful. Don’t be scared to try something new just cause it didn’t work for someone else doesn’t mean it won’t work for you.

Good luck

God bless
