Baby won't nap

Any ideas?

Little one is 8 weeks old and used to nap anywhere during the day and struggle at night, now it's a struggle getting her to nap anywhere as she wakes up after 5 minutes. If I get her to sleep and lay her down she wakes up, if she's on my chest she wakes up, if she's in my arms she wakes up and I wouldn't have done anything to wake her. I make sure she's in a deep sleep before I lay her down and she will always wake herself back up. She doesn't cry all the time, but when she's like this at night I can't sleep so I'm trying to catch up during the day and I can't because she won't go down during the day either. She was fine before it's only happened this past week.

It's now to the point where I'm fighting to keep my eyes open during the day while holding her and I'm worried I will hurt her or drop her.

She will be fed, but the second she wakes up she will chew on her hands and I know it's not hunger because she refuses the boob and it's not wind because I wind her for like 45 minutes after every feed. I'm thinking she is showing signs of teething but it's s bit early and I can't see anything on her gums so I don't know what's waking her up so much
