Stomach bug?

I woke up last night with vomiting and diarrhea. Can’t keep anything down. I’m assuming stomach bug but can’t help but worry about listeria. Anyone else had stomach bug and been fine? Also worried about dehydration.

I had a stomach bug around 18 weeks. Be careful with dehydration, I ended up in the ER needing fluids. I’m almost 26 weeks now and baby is fine. Took me a little longer to recoup but she got what she needs and that’s all that matters!

I had it around 28/30 weeks with my first. It sucked but the baby and myself were fine. My doctor said just to watch for dehydration but other than that, ride it out. Good luck!

I had it with my first pregnancy. Everything was fine. But I do suggest checking in with your doctor to be safe. Drink Gatorade or something to try and stay hydrated.
