Help a girl out 🙏🏼

So I’ve tried this before, but I always lose the motivation. A big part of the problem is that I have NO idea what I’m doing. I don’t know what stretches to do before/after, so I tend to just not do any. Which I KNOW is bad, but I don’t wanna look like a food at the gym not knowing what stretches to do. So I’m basically just here to get some advice.

I’m currently around 170, 5’3. I don’t really have a goal weight, I just want to be in better shape. I can’t walk up a single flight of steps without spending the next 10 minutes catching my breath. I’m not trying to necessarily get skinny, I like being thic like I am; I just want to get in shape.

If anyone has any tips on how to get in shape while staying thicc I’d appreciate the help. And any advice on stretch/Workout routines, because I have literally no idea what to do 😂
