Incision pussing

I had my c section 11 weeks ago. It got infected at 2 weeks PP and cleared. It had oozed a little for that time and hasn’t since. Well this afternoon I was peeing and checked my incision as I do often and noticed some more puss and a little blood // It looks as if it has slightly opened up (two tiny holes) - has this happened to anyone else?!! How can this be possibly this far out.
