Married and Regret a lot of stuff

I turn 30 in a few days been with the same man for 16 yrs and married 7 yrs with 2 kids. As I think about my life for. Get me wrong I love it but I wish I would have had more fun in my teens and 20’s. We had our first child at 17 yrs old so I never got to have fun or anything. My husband is the only man I have been with sexually and over the last few years he don’t want to have sex we are down to having sex 2-3 times a month if even and it pisses me off cuz the only time he wants to is when I have my period or to tired and he expects me to have sex and it’s only lasting minutes so nothing to pleasurable and I have talked about everything with him but he don’t like to hear it.
