Hi where or how can I create a group?

I haven’t seen anything yet but I would like to create a group with moms who have special needs child or children?

There's already several groups for people with children with disabilities however they are not really used.

To create a group, two on the search icon, then tap on Group. It should be at the bottom. If it isn’t there, act like you’re scrolling down and it should pop up
